(The price for goods)

The price for goods is displayed on a website in Japanese yen. When you hope for payment with the US Dollar and the Euro, we calculate the charge (the article price and the shipping charge) in an exchange rate of the day.

(Shipping charge)

We use "EMS*" mainly for an international transaction. The charge changes with the destination country and weight. The charge is computed each time. If you wish, a means of transport is changeable into the other company.

Shipment will be made by an airmail called "EMS" (Express Mail Service) which is a door-to-door service provided by Japan Post Office.

(Money which should pay others)

Please pay a shipping charge and bank transfer handling fee other than the price for goods.

(The term of validity of payment)

Please carry out remittance arrangements within seven days after an order. When remittance arrangements are not performed within seven days after an order, it is considered as cancellation.

(The shipment time)

After the remittance receipt, we ship it within 3 business days.

(Returned-goods term)

You have received defective products, or if different from the ordered product, we will refund or free replacement.
In the case of returned goods and exchange, please tell it to us within 8 days after receiving goods.
If it passes over 8 days from a receipt, it may be unable to correspond to refund or free replacement.
It cannot respond to the refund in a customer's convenience, and replacement.
